📦 When will my order ship?
We process orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your delivery.
🔄 Why does the website close during restock?
Our website temporarily closes 30 minutes before the scheduled restock so we can update inventory and prepare for a smooth launch.
✨ Tip: Refresh the page frequently around restock time to access products as soon as they go live.
⏳ Why does it say "Coming Soon" after restock time?
If a product shows "Coming Soon" after restock, it means that item has already sold out. The system updates automatically when stock runs out.
Popular items can sell out quickly, so be sure to check back right at launch time!
❌ Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make changes or cancel it.

❓ Can I combine my orders?
Yes! You can combine up to 3 orders within the same restock. For your second and third orders, simply select the Pick Up option at checkout to save on shipping fees. If you’d like, send us your order numbers via Instagram DM so we can make sure everything is packed together.
