📦 When will my order ship?
We process orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your delivery.
❌ Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make changes or cancel it.

🌍 Do you ship worldwide?
We currently ship within Australia, as well as to New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, and Canada.
Shipping to the United States is temporarily paused due to tariff-related issues. We plan to resume US shipments as soon as the situation improves.
