We currently ship orders to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Singapore & Malaysia. 

⚠️ Important: Shipments to the United States are temporarily paused due to tariff-related issues. We will resume shipping to the US as soon as the situation improves.

• Shipping Fees: Calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and delivery method.

• Processing Time: Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

• Delivery Time: Estimated at checkout. All parcels are shipped via Australia Post.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Prefer to skip shipping? We offer free local pick-up (NSW only) by prior arrangement.

Pick-Up Locations:

• Bass Hill, 2197 – Weekdays after 6:00 PM

• Sydney CBD (Town Hall) – Saturday mornings only
